"Front desk personnel needs some training in being "people friendly" and should be more accommodating when questions are asked. Responses are too abrupt and not helpful.
There's an obvious "short-staffed" problem when the supervisor of housekeeping is cleaning rooms! As an example, at 1:30pm there wasn't even one room available for occupancy for my daughter who was trying to check-in after a long and tiring trip."
